When I was seven years old, my father gave me a camera and told me to take pictures everywhere. I have had a camera in my hands ever since. After studying photography in college, I moved to Los Angeles to become a filmmaker. After graduating from LA Film School as a producer and director, I worked as a stuntwoman on many music videos and styled a Victoria Secrets commercial with Michael Bay. I found out I was pregnant after 8 years in Los Angeles and chose family over Hollywood. I wanted my kids to have the childhood experience I had – trees, dirt, animals and nature. So we moved north to Sonoma County.

I was able to work with an award-winning wedding photographer once again in Sonoma County. After many years of hard work, I was hooked! It’s an honor being with people on one of the most important days of their lives. To tell the story. To capture the drama, excitement, and beauty of it all.

Weddings are a unique and expressive avenue in photography, and requires a few additional skills. You have to be quick to adjust, be good under stress and be able to work with all kinds of people and personalities in any situation or circumstance handed to you. Every job I do brings out my creative side. My travels and career in the film industry had prepared me for this job perfectly!
