I always come here for my work outfits. Staff is very helpful especially when I don’t know what I’m looking for. Their suggestions are always top tier! And you get a frequent flyer card if you spend so much which is really easy to do
The service was judgmental, rude, unhelpful and very unwelcoming! 1st time visiting an adult shop with my husband was extremely uncomfortable, demeaning and disrespectful! The judgmental and unprofessional answer, the Hispanic employee, gave to My husbands question about simple nipple tape, was dismissive and left with direct insulting comments. Asking about the stores products only resulted in shockingly inappropriate responses, which had left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, judged and ashamed..
Store is well-stocked and well-organized. Employee behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. Music playing was not too loud. I would go here over other similar stores.

What shoppers say about the staff at Priscilla McCall's
Priscilla McCall's in Denton holds a 3.6 rating from 34 Google reviews. Nearly every review turns on the people behind the counter. Many shoppers praise staff who listen, point them to the right item and give useful advice when they are unsure what they want.
The other side is just as plain. A group of low ratings describe counter staff who came across as curt or uninterested, and one shopper felt the ID check was handled abruptly. Your visit may depend on who is working that day.
Opinions on stock split too. Some call the store well stocked and well organized. One shopper found the in-store selection small and the staff unsure about the products.
